Shippment and Payment

Shipment

1. Processing time: After we receive the order information, we will process it within one working day.

2. Shipment time: After the order information is confirmed, we will ship the goods within 2 working days.

3. Arrival time: Usually free shipping order will be posted by DHL FedEx TNT and UPS, normally item will anive in 2-5 working days after being posted. If you are urgent to your order, you could pay extra $20 for this shipment, it usually took 1-3 day to arrive.

Notice:

1. Please don't use any P.O.box, package may get lost.Please use Physical address, make sure there is someone to sign for the package

2. When the item is shipped, you can track your order information here with the tracking number you received.

3. If we've sent you the wrong hair length or texture, we'll exchange it at our cost.
